Why register each account and what to do if you have more than one profile
- You may have different accounts from different employers or more than one from the same employer. Each account has its own unique profile
- Registering each account helps to verify your identity and keep your info secure
- After registering, you can use any of your usernames/passwords to access all your accounts. You can also easily switch between them using the account drop-down on your homepage
- An account showing a $0 balance may indicate a new account you need to register
- Profiles are separate across plans, so updates (like contact info) don't carry over. Please update your details on each profile to ensure you receive important plan information
Tip: If an account doesn’t appear on your homepage or you can’t access it, confirm your personal info is consistent across accounts or contact your plan administrator for help.
